The Appalachia Service Project is a home repair / home
building ministry affiliated with the Board of Discipleship of
the United Methodist Church. We respond to the housing needs of
economically disadvantaged people in Appalachia in a Christian
perspective. We invite high school youth groups with their adult
leaders, college groups, adult groups, individuals, and couples
and families of any religion or denomination to read the
